Training programme for organisation members

Under the headline „Capable organisation“ a training programme will be implemented that is specifically directed at organisation's members and possibly workers according to need and requests. The training programme is intended as a motivating tool that offers opportunities for self-development (on communication, media, and cooperation) and is intended to ensure their interest in further participation in SSCW activities.
